The NBCC would like to welcome all our members and their guests to the very popular and traditional Shipping & Energy Dinner.

Guest speaker: kjell
Kjell Jacobsen (CEO Seadrill Ltd.)

Mr Jacobsen was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Seadrill Ltd in 2006. From 2002 to 2006, Mr Jacobsen was the CEO of the offshore drilling contractor Smedvig, which Seadrill acquired in early 2006. Between 1991 and 2002, he held several senior positions among others as managing director of the company's mobile units.
