The Getabout London cards
purchased on line are non-refundable and non-returnable
and for use within the period specified on the card, normally
3 or 12 months unless otherwise stated. The card may only
be used by the signed cardholder and in his/her presence
the cardholder's companion, where the relevant discount
applies.
All the venues and services listed on this website are
bound by contract with Getabout London.
The offers and discounts that appear on the website have
been contractually agreed. Getabout London
is not liable in the case of errors.
Discounts and offers are subject to availability. Certain
discounts may not be available during bank holidays, key
events and similar, please check directly with the venue.
Certain Getabout London discounts may
not be valid in conjunction with existing discounts and
offers. Discounts and conditions may change without prior
notice. In the case of hotel and accommodation discounts,
reservations must be made with the venue directly.
All reasonable care has been taken to ensure that only
reputable venues are listed in the discount scheme. In
the event of sub standards in the areas of service, quality
of merchandise or health and safety, Getabout
London shall not be liable. Any claims or complaints
appertaining to a certain venue must be made to the venue
concerned.
In the event that a venue or service refuses to honour
a discount or offer, contrary to the terms specified in
the Getabout London contract, with no
good cause or reason, Getabout London
shall not be held responsible. Where this refusal is unreasonable
and/or in breach of contract, Getabout London
will endeavour to ensure that all future discounts and
offers at that venue be honoured.
Getabout London cardholders acknowledge
and accept that any venue visited is done so voluntarily
and entirely at their own risk.
Getabout London cannot be held responsible
for the conditions of the venues and services or third
party acts or omissions at any venue or service.
Getabout London has made all reasonable
endeavours to ensure that information contained on this
website is accurate in content. Getabout London
shall not liable for any expense, loss, damage or similar,
in whole or part, relating to such information and the
use of such information by the cardholder is done at his/her
own risk. Information and opinions expressed on this website
are not necessarily the opinions of Getabout London.
Payments may be made by Credit Card either on-line (via
WorldPay secure server), or by fax, phone or mail. (WorldPay
is a member of the The Royal Bank of Scotland Group of
Companies. See section WorldPay for more details). Getabout
London accepts the following credit cards: Visa,
Mastercard, Visa Delta. Debit cards are also accepted
under the same terms, accepted debit cards are Switch,
Solo, Laser.
Cards may be purchased by cheque, using the printable order form, making your cheque payable to "Getabout London". Please allow 5-7 business days for cheques to clear.
We reserve the right to alter the Terms and Conditions from time to time, but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by you upon making a purchase.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of
order (and/or clearance of cheque where applicable). Delivery
times correspond to those set out in the guidelines of
the appointed carrier. Getabout London
does not guarantee specified delivery times and does not
accept any liability in the event of late delivery. Deliveries
to hotels or third party premises are at the request and
sole responsibility of the client.
In the event of loss of a card, a P.O. Box address is provided for lost cards to be returned to. If the card is returned, we will forward this on to you, if not cards may only be reissued with additional payment.
