ArtCo e-bulitins in 2010:
An ArtCo e-bulletin will in 2010 have developed into a range
of benefits and offerings to the public and through the scheme
we will create an impact on the social, technological, economic
and other factors:
The loan scheme will help members of the public to have more
access to the visual arts and music instruments. People would
like to own it and can lend money to do so, now they can afford
it where previously it has been harder because to expensive.
The e-bulletin will fulfil the arts by encourage new buyers
and audiences for the visual arts, for music and music instruments
enhancing people’s vision and creating new thoughts
on life and culture. We will develop an ArtCo community and
offer new opportunities to members of the public and people
on their home computer in the future.
The e-bulletin will create diversity awareness, will be accessible
in different languages, in Europe, worldwide and will have
incorporated features to trade with the world.
